Filming Process
Open your package and make sure everything works.
Prior to the wedding day, we recommend nominating someone as your “director,” who can be in charge of the cameras throughout the wedding day. This could be a groomsman, bridesmaid, relative, or friend.
Watch the short tutorial video and send it to your bridal party.
Let the fun begin! Filming with these cameras is so much more fun than taking videos on your phone, and they’re so simple even your parents can do it!
We edit
We’ll offload all the footage that you filmed and get it organized.
It will be uploaded to a folder online within a few days so you’ll be able to find any clips that you want right away!
We then edit all of that footage together into a 4-5 minute home video. You can pick your favorite song for us to use, or let us decide.

Ship it back
Have your “director” or someone else package everything up and ship it back within a few days of the wedding.
A prepaid shipping label is included in the package, so all they have to do is drop it off at a shipping location.
Watch it and share it!
We send you a YouTube link of your video to make sharing easy so that everyone can relive that day.
You’ll also receive a digital download link for the video. A personal time-capsule that will keep your memories fresh.

Each camera can record 3+ hours of footage, for a total of 9+ hours so you can go as wild as you’d like to! Most videographers record around 3 hours of footage during a wedding day.

Your rental fee covers minor wear and tear. If the camcorder is lost, severely damaged, or stolen, you'll be responsible for the replacement cost.
A $200 refundable security deposit is collected at checkout and returned once everything is received in good condition. See our Rental Agreement and Terms & Service for more details.

Nope! These cameras are super simple to use and can easily be passed around to anyone.
We also provide a tutorial as well as helpful stickers on the cameras to eliminate any confusion.

We ship anywhere in the United States!

If you place your order at least 45 days before your wedding date, we guarantee availability.
If it is under 45 days, please reach out and verify that we have camera packages available.

Each standard rental period is for 7 days. If you return it after the designated return date, you’ll be charged $30 per additional day. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a week of the return date, you’ll be charged a full replacement cost.

We test each camcorder before it is packaged for shipping but we recommend testing your cameras once you receive them.

We will try to assist in fixing the camera if possible. If there’s still an issue, we will expedite a new camera to you.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your wedding date will receive a partial refund of 50%. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date are non-refundable.
